LaboAnna is a product analysis laboratory in Brindisi where 10 samples of fresh semolina pasta and 10 samples of wholemeal pasta were tested. Their Shelf life declaration verifies compliance with hygiene standards and an excellent quality after 120 days under cold storage conditions.
